Not worth the moneyJul 03, 2005 I have the Abs of Steel video with Tammilee Webb and when I saw this video that combined Abs & Chest, I was interested. It was on sale for $3 at a local bookstore. Now I know why. Most of this video is aerobic and if you are the least bit uncoordinated, this will be tough to follow. I ended up fast forwarding over it to get to the chest & abs. I didn't find the exercises challenging at all. Pushups & butterfy -- I was hoping for some big secret to a firmer chest. Then came the cool down and I was left asking IS THIS IT??? Gosh, I hardly feel like I did anything. Unlike ABS OF STEEL, there are no levels to this tape. Beginniner, advanced, it's all the same. I'll try it a few more times just to be sure, but I will definitely keep forwarding past the aerobic. I hate workout tapes that have leotard-clad Barbies chanting "One more. You can do it". Yuck! I am fairly fit and enjoy TaeBo videos that are more of a workout. I really wanted a challenging tape to work my abs & chest, but I guess this was not it. This one will be in the next garage sale.

too much aerobics not enough absJun 28, 2005 FAST FORWARD!!!
the first half of the tape is nothing but annoying aerobics that are too fast to follow easily. if they MUST put aerobics on every single tape, why not at the end?
the ab & chest part is okay. i use this tape about once or twice a week, along with get the kathy ireland abs/buns/thighs tape.
i think the ab & chest part should have been more the focus of this tape, it seems like an afterthought. if you're looking for no nonsense ab work, get the Kathy Ireland body specifics tape.

Yes it's tough but WOWFeb 28, 2003 Three gals rotate guiding the routine for you. Yes it's tough to follow, especially the first time, but if you can force yourself to try it a couple more times it's challenging and makes your realize just how out-of-shape you may be! These girls work you hard for 50 minutes, It's aerobic and as you move you are working chest and abs, extensively and constantly. If you are serious about working out and getting in shape this tape is great. Takes discipline and many times I quit early cuz they really tire you out.

Definitely Not One of My FavoritesJan 02, 2002 I like exercise videos that are easy to follow from beginning to end, yet challenging at the same time. I found the aerobics section of this video to be confusing; the toning section was ok. I'm sure I could get the hang of the routine if I used it more often, but I have other videos that I enjoy a whole lot more. If you're like me and you don't want to spend precious time stopping constantly because you've gotten off track, don't purchase this video.
Great results in my chest and upper body. Like this one!Sep 13, 1999 I have several of the videos in this 2000 series and chose this one often. I find the exercises challenging and effective. The instructors give clear instructions and beneficial cues to get the most out of each movement. I would recommend this video to anyone looking for a great addition to their regular fitness program. Leisa, Tracy and Nancy are entertaining and down to earth in each of their low impact and toning segments.
